A fine gennaio è stato reso noto da Federcomin, in collaborazione con IDC, il rapporto “E-business: realtà e prospettive”, sulla diffusione di Internet nelle aziende italiane. L’indagine è stata effettuata, per approfondire la conoscenza aziendale di applicazioni sviluppabili in Internet, su 1.000 aziende in cui sono stati intervistati i responsabili IT (e i risultati sono già pubblicati) e su un campione di altre 200 imprese, di cui sono stati sentiti i responsabili vendite, marketing, acquisti, logistica e produzione. Questi i risultati: il 78% delle aziende ha sviluppato una soluzione e-business e il 17% prevede di farlo in futuro. L’online banking è l’applicazione più diffusa (nel 77% delle aziende, mentre non è interessato solo il 12%); le soluzioni di Supply Chain Management sono state adottate nel 16% dei casi ma il 66% vuole farlo o a breve o a lungo termine e solo il 18% non è interessato e infine il 58% delle aziende ha realizzato applicazioni ecommerce mentre il 42% non prevede di farlo.
